boobs leaking

Have your boobs started leaking yet?  My right one did last night, so I'm presuming this is the colostrum?  You wouldn't think I'm the mum of three, I've forgotten everything!  Also does anyone else have constant upset bowels?  One day their loose the next I'm constipated!!  Oh I feel like a right whiner, but there is never any end to all these symptoms!

I am with you on the leaking...I have been dealing with it since i hit 16 weeks.  It is really just kind of annoying more than anything.  I don't usually have a problem with it except at night though while i am sleeping and that might be b/c i haven't figured out how to sleep with my newly way too large boobs :)  I have figured out that you ladies with naturally large chests are quite the troopers b/c they are just a pain in the butt!!!!
Luckily, i haven't had too much bathroom issues, although gas i have plenty of!!!  It's a good thing my DH and i have are open about those kinds of things or else he would be really disgudted with me :)

I started leaking about 2 weeks ago a now I am wearing nursing pads so it doesn't leak throw my top (I am a waitress that wouldn't look good) and for the gas yea I have that and my DH now just laughs because I make sound which I never did before lol. the joys of pregnancy. but hey at least we all get a good laugh out of it.

yea everything is fine, thanks for asking, it was that once and doctor told me to come have it checked in case we didn't fine ne thing at all no problems so i guess it's all fine.

hahaha i have had bad gas and such ever since my gall bladder was removed several years ago. for me anyhow that stops major constipation, but there are some days that it is a little harder than other days to go. lol

as far as leaking, it doesnt leak onto clothing or anything but i do notice that when i am in the shower it is quite abundant. in fact i asked my nurse from the health dept (i am on the WIC maternal support program) and she said "dont worry about it, even if it were to constantly leak or squirt, it will be made steadily(colostrum) until AFTER baby is born. it wont turn to milk until a couple days after birth. and from what i understand you have to feed or pump every couple of hours in order for your milk to come in and for the milk supply to build up.
maybe that is why i never succeeded with nursing in the past, i always tried to just feed on demand which for my kids was 3-6 hours as they were good sleepers, even from the very beginning. so with this one i will either feed or pump every 2 hours so that i can get my milk to come in quicker and get the supply up. lol i hope that plan will work..lmao

Well, glad to hear were all suffering in one way or the other together, safety in numbers and all that!!

Well, I'm with you Claire on the gas.  DH is jus in aww sometimes at the noises (and smells) that come from me...and I always tell him it's the baby!

As for the leaking...well, nothing that is just pouring out or squirting.  I did notice this morning while getting in the shower that I had some hard white stuff on/in one of my nipples, so it's been leaking a little for it to harden like it did.

Knock on wood...I'm not really constipated.  Now watch me get backed up since I said that.  But, I have had some loose bowels here and then normal ones there.

With pregnancy there is always a new symptom!!!!

I noticed one single drop as I was examining them about a week and a half ago.   Now sometimes if I really look I'll notice what I'm assuming is dried colostrum on them?  It's unnoticable if I don't take the time to really look.  This is my first baby, so I'm totally freaked out by the whole leaking thing!  I want to know when it's coming so I can prepare myself for it!  ;-)

no i havint had leaking yet!im happy about it actally lol!! oh and upset bowels most deffinatly! its not nice atal! and ive had so much gas lol graham is not impressed! i just blame it on the baby!!!
