first day back at work.... S-ucks!

ok so today is my first day back at work from 9-6 and it *****, i miss madison so bad, and not only that i'm exhausted she decided to play games and stay up half the night and sleep after i left at 8am lol how is everyone else doing?

So I had a meeting with my boss today, she wants me full-time, BUT it was inittially discussed that it woud be on my scheduling terms.......Well today she told me I was being SELFISH!!! I said I'm selfish b/c I put my family over the company???? Can you tell she dosen't have kids LOL, So now we are in debate over the schedule, we will see if I win the power struggle! GGRRR.....I almost said forget I'll stay one day a week! BUT if I work for just 5 more yeare I can retire not to bad at 35, So I'm gonna try to tuff it out. Still pretty pissy though!

o yes def counting til august but i'll still be so busy bc i'll be going to work in the moring then spending time with madison going to school and back home. lol

I went back yesterday also and I couldn't agree with you more!!!  Luckily we have a pretty set schedule at night.  Kyra goes to bed about 9ish and is up at 2-3am to eat and then back up between 5-6am.  I get up at 5am every morning anyway so it works very well with my schedule.  Thats great that you get to go part time in August, i bet you are counting down until then :)

i wish madison was on a schedule i try to get her on a schedule but if she is not ready for bed (go to sleep) she screams and fights it to the bitter end. sometimes i can get her to sleep around 11 but will only sleep maybe an hour then she's up til at least 1am or sometimes a lil later, after that i can now get her to sleep for about 5-6 hrs b4 waking up to eat, after that she eats every 3-4 hrs through out the day she gets shots next week.... so sad lol i thought it was yesterday but they said the 29th... she is getting so big, i go to part time in august so i can go back to school so that's good i'll get a lil more time with her..... TODAY IS HER DADDY'S FIRST DAY WATCHING HER BY HIS SELF FOR SO LONG 8:30-6:30PM .....HAHA

Still good here, I start back Full-time next week, my Boss totally suckerd me and sweetened the "pot" so I agreed. We will see how it goes, I have to work 6am-2pm though I think thats a little easier. Addy is on a schedule ~ WOO HOO ~ and she goes to bed around 10:30-11p, and gets up at 5-5:30a ish so I will feed her before I leave she usually goes right back to bed till 9 or 10a. Luckily I have the flexability to go in an hour late if need be. So I will really only miss one of her feedings, So I guess I'm pretty lucky.
