Pain in right lower abdomen

Hi, I am 6 weeks pregnant and I started having this pain on thr right side of my lower abdomen. Its not a continuous pain and comes and goes. Had 2 episodes of intense pain yesterday but it settled down within few minutes and I havent had it since then. Just a feeling of discomfort and some pain at the same place off and on. Could this be an ectopic pregnancy? I dont have any other symptoms like bleeding etc. Anyone else have similar experiences? Am freaking out...please help!

Hi,
I have exactly the same, pain in the right lower abdomen, I was very scared specially cause I had a miscarriage at 13 weeks in January, so I went to the doc who got me a early preg scan, I was 6 weeks preg and went to do the scan and it showed a cyst in my right ovary they say it's normal it's where the egg came out off,  but it also wasn't conclusive on the baby, i had sac, yolk and a shadow but they couldn't see heart beat, so they did the bloods, the bloods where good hormone levels rised perfectly, but still waiting for second scan to see if baby is ok. Scan will be monday and I will be 8 weeks pregnant, very anxious!! Still have pain sometimes!!! but at least I know what it is from! you should go and check it out! Good luck, it's a roller-coaster of emotions but don't worry it will be fine!

Hi,
You are probably fine, but if you are worried then definitely get yourself checked out - it can't hurt! You don't want to take a risk with an ectopic pregnancy. I'm sure everything is fine though, good luck!
