People have to be very careful with alcohol during pregnancy because it passes very easily through the placenta. The baby's brain is constantly developing even after he/she is physically complete. I wouldn't take the chance, not with the life of my child. There is just too much that is not know, and the what is known, isn't good.
i agree...i think it can wait. i know how you feel but its not worth the risk. they dont know how much alcohol consumption is safe and how much can cause problems / fas.. i wouldn't chance it.
ive also heard its okay, but me myself wouldnt chanch it.. you can def. wait the 9 months before havin a drink, just to be on the safe side. I am 39 weeks one week to go, and i tell you what a beer or a wine cooler sounds really good to me.. but i can wait..
I have heard an occasional glass of wine is okay but I was never comfortable with that. 9 months isn't that long to go without a drink just to be on the safe side and I have so much past abd surgery and my age going against me I didn't want to take any chances. I guess it's just a personal choice.
