4d Images...

Hi ladies im Due May 27 but its c-section so ill be having my baby May 18. At first they told me it looked like a girl and then a boy. I would like to do a 4d ultrasound but not sure when is the best time to do it some say at 28weeks. Have some of you dont it already if not when are you wanting to do one?

I have 4d ultrasounds every 3 weeks due to complications honestly I think my favorite one were at week 27 the nurse said that was the best time for the 4d also!!

i had a 4d and 3d ultrsound at 19w and they 4d was ultra clear and u could see his testicles etc.

I went at 18 weeks are it was very clear also, although he did not have much fat on his body...I am going back tomorrow to see him full of fat :)

I had some at 21 weeks and they are extremely clear :) I have them all uploaded in my photos. I also have a dr appt this morning (29 weeks) and they will be doing more...ill upload them ASAP!

Thanks for sharing - I've heard of them here and there and had no idea why one would need it. If they changed their minds on the sex, I think I would want to check too!

Its an ultrasound which some people decide to pay and its a clear view to your babies face and body. Your able to see how he is going to look like and you can definetly see the great view of the gender.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is a 4d ultrasound? Does is really just mean 3-d, as in showing depth, width and height, or something else?

I am not going to do one but I looked into one and they told me the best time is 27-33 weeks, they told me it's a boy at one sonogram and it's a girl at the next one but I will have another sonogram on the 1st and then I will have one every two weeks until my c-section on May 3rd so I will be able to make sure she's a girl.

Hi. No, we have not done that and we are not planning on it.  We aren't finding out the sex until birth so I think that is why... I also have no idea when is best.  Sorry, I'm not much help, but I just wanted to respond and support ya!
