has any one had serious preg symtoms then nothing....?????

im 17 weeks tomoro 3 child :) been awhile since ive been pregnant my girls are 4 and 5.
i found out i was pregnant around 7 weeks ive had serious complications with bleeding from hematomas etc (not just one) i dont know if theyre still there or have absorbed i will find out at my next ultrasound jan 4th 2012 not having any more trouble with bleeding so looking good.
throughout my whole pregnancy i have had sooo many symptoms tiredness morn sickness cravings etc, until a few weeks ago few weeks ago i was feeling slight movement nothing really distinctive though but i do know it was bub not gas etc easier to tell after having 2 kids. but the last 2 weeks all ive had is sore hips which could be due to my arthritis im not sure, but im not feeling pregnant not feeling movement etc... im not so much stressing my midwife comes tomoro so hopefully theres a heart beat there when she checks and bubs fine.
this is just weird for me i had 2 normal pregancies with no complications with both my girls and this one ive had nothing but trouble. i guess im just wanting to know if any one else has been through the same sort of stuff, kos i know its common to not feel a baby till 20 weeks approx and that you dont always have symptoms things you learn so im n ot panicing, just wanting to touch base with some one else going through or has been through similar thing

I felt the baby kick from the outside the other day and then nothing since.  I'm guessing it's just that the baby's lying the wrong way (i.e., back facing out, feet/arms facing in) as I saw on the ultrasound (one day they couldn't see the spine because the baby was lying on it's back and wouldn't turn over so I had to go back and then the baby was lying on it's tummy so they got the perfect view).  I had 2nd trimester bleeding too.  Very unnerving.  My hips, coincidentally, are also bothering me and it's not arthritis.  It's the whole spreading/relaxin thing.  Apparently everything happens earlier in subsequent pregnancies.  Sometimes I can barely sit they're so sore.  I can't sleep in our bed anymore which is too soft.  Unless your midwife says otherwise, I bet everything's fine.  Pregnancy is so worrisome.
