Viability!
I'm only a week away from 24 weeks, meaning many of you are already there. Although it's daunting to think of having a premie, it's amazing to me to reach the point at which there is reasonable hope that our babies would survive outside our tummies at this point! I haven't seen much on this website about this landmark and just wondering if others are holding their excitement for other milestones.
Yeah, its pretty amazing! I'll be 26 weeks on Tuesday and I always think about that fact. On the What to Expect May 2012 babies forum, a woman had her baby at 23 weeks and she's 1.1 pound and she's surviving. Search on You Tube for kaileybelle. Its incredible. She's what your baby looks like right now!
