Weird baby dreams....?

So last night I had the weirdest dream about my baby…..I dreamt that I was at 40 weeks exactly, and it was the day of my due date. I thought to myself, I better stay home from work today, just in case the baby comes. Went about my normal routine, was having my morning shower, when suddenly I went into labour. For a minute I was so worried that I was miscarrying, then I remembered the baby was supposed to be coming. There was so much blood, and the baby arrived in no time at all, even while I was still in the shower! I was so shocked, I picked up my phone, thought to myself, who do I dial first, work? Hospital? Husband? In the end, I called the hospital, and they were like, “oh, you’ve had the baby already – then there is no need for you to come in”, I was like, surely you need to check the baby, and they told me I was welcome to come in if I wanted. Then called hubby to tell him the news, he rushed straight home and finally called work, to say I wouldn’t be in because I had just had a baby. The weird thing was, the baby could talk, and already had teeth! The other weird thing was, I’m absolutely convinced I’m having a girl, and in my dream it was a boy! It was such a shock, that for the first few days, he didn’t have name because we couldn’t think of one. So in my dream I tried to breast feed him, and he said, “tastes like tea!”, I told him he had to drink it as it was good for him, then he bit me. So I put him straight on a bottle. The he kept moaning about his bassinet being in the wrong place, so I kept moving him. Eventually he climbed out the bassinet and dragged it to the spot where he wanted it! Too funny, and SO cute!! All be it slightly disturbing! LOL!

 

Anyways, was wondering if you girls have been having any weird baby dreams?

This issss sooo funny...only weird dreams I've had was two days ago, I dreamt about two green snakes...while being preggers...hope its a signal for twins!!

ha ha! The talking bear made me giggle! Thanks guys, I normally have fairly vivid dreams, but this was my first one about the baby. I woke up smiling, and relayed the dream to dh and he had a good laugh, picturing the little tot pulling his bassinet along the floor to the spot he wanted. He said he thought that maybe it was my fear that the baby might be a grumpy as he is sometimes! I had to laugh...! :-)

I always have weird dreams and very vivid, but none about my baby yet.

I've had some weird ones the one that stands out was I was pregnant with twin boys (I'm expecting only one) and I was being chased by a bear who could talk and I ran into a house and closed the door and the bear said "man I just wish I could open doors" it was so funny and odd I woke up laughing.

I had weird dreams earlier and throughout my other pregnancy, but not so much with this one.  Your account of your dream made me laugh.  My friend said she also dreamed about her baby having a full set of teeth.  Too funny.

the only dream I had was I was holding a baby boy.

my mom had the crazy dreams when i was pregnant the last times.

she dreamed that my son came out fully talking and with a british accent.
