holy contractions

So yesterday I starred having contractions around 4:40pmish. Nothing regular until about 6:45pm then they were 2-4minutes apart lasting at least a minute. So I called doc and went to get checked out. I am dialated to 1cm but my contacting weren't strong enough to get anything really going. Just before they.discharged me from the hospital I started having contractions that were almost unbearable and made me feel like my back was going to explode! I continued to have contractions like that until about 1:30am. If this is practice labor I believe I may not survive my real labor lol.. it was a long night though let me tell you. Oh and this morning I lost my mucus plug.

I'm 36wks and 1 day. Today I have had a few contractions they are pretty intense but again nothing regular. I'm slowly losing my mucus plug too. Every time I go to the bathroom there's a little gooey slimy sticky glob (sorry for the tmi) I don't know what I should do and my doctors aren't much help. I thought maybe they'd at least gimme something to get comfortable.. oh no they just send me on ny way and say drink lots of water.. so annoying. Believe yesterday didn't feel like practice labor either.
