Need some insight please

Im 37wks and Im just not feeling right. Im breaking into a sweat around my face, my arms feel heavy and legs a little crampy. Im very irritable, feeling a little light headed, and tingling all over. When I go outside - its 38 degrees right now - or sit down the sweating stops as does the lightheadedness but it starts up again when I get back up or go inside. The heaviness in my arms and cramping legs stay constant.

Anyone have any ideas??? Im at work and its really scaring me and my coworker but I dont want to risk driving and would really hate to call for an ambulance and it just be nothing but regular pregnancy symptoms.

My coworker made me call the Dr and he said its actually normal around 37wks but if it doesnt stop after 24 hrs of being off my feet or gets worse its bedrest for me until I have the baby. So Im going to try heading home. If not I might end up going via ambulance.

Sorry to hear about what's happening to you. I have never felt that before but I would err on the side of caution and seek medical attention. Driving would not be safe though but have someone drive you. Hope you feel better.
