So yesertday I went swimming yet again, my bf has been taken me lots of swimmin the now because it makes me feel amazing that I can move my hips so freely and am super relaxed! I also got a yoga ball yesertday which I spent half the day bouncin on and rotating my hips, today my hips feel nice and loose, theres no pressure! I think I found the key to my answers I could probz fix this pelvic grindle pain before baby is born
