Why Don't I look pregnant???

Why don't I look pregnant? If you ask my opinion & that of others that know me, I do not look pregnant I just look fat. I am very nervous that something may be wrong with my unborn child. Although, I have been to the ob/gyn SEVERAL times & they keep reassuring me that the baby is fine. But if you look at me now compared to my 2 previous pregnancies, I do not look pregnant. And in the 2 weeks between 11/27/2012 & 12/11/2012 I managed to lose 4 pounds. Why??? Please help me. Any and all positive feedback is greatly appreciated.

Im 20weeks and i dont look pregnant at all and i lost 10pounds as long as your doc says its fine plus every pregnancy is differentmy sister didnt show till she was 7 months my other sister showed early both her pregnancies and my cousin lost weight every doc visit. No worries keep asking your doctor for reassurance tho to keep your mind at ease

Im 18 weeks today && my belly kinda popped up outta nowhere. dont worry about losing weight. same thing happened to me. ive still only gained three && a half pounds if you exclude the weight I lost. idk how I lost the weight either since I had no morning sickness at all. but my Dr says everything is great!

this is my first pregnacy ...and i didnt really start showing till then...and im almsot 21 weeks now

every pregnancy is different and i wouldn't worry about the loss of weight thing especially if your doctor was not concerned if it makes you feel better ive lost roughly 10 pounds and my baby is great. and i definitely have a belly already but haven't gained an ounce lol i am also 18 weeks due may 20th

Well u have nothing to worry aboot :) I do want my baby bump so I look visably pregnant coz no one believes me lol im having a girl and appartently with girls the bump is smaller so might b a while yet for me

I will also be 18 weeks tomorrow. In my opinion I don't look pregnant either. I can't wait to go back to the doctor on January 8. Thanks to both lovely ladies for the advice.

As long as ur dctr tells U the bby is fine if I was U I wouldn't worry much.. Because Im 4 1/2 months now and im thin and still dnt even look like im pregnant. And I lost alot of weight too.. But the dctr tells me my bby is fine and I just gotta keep on eating healthy and to drink my prenatal pills. I dnt really take my pills cuz they make me throw up but I do eat alot and berly gain 3 lbs lol... And all pregnancy's are different!!..
