I know this is prabley tmi but I got to ask my baby's poop has been like diarea type since he was born nd I breast feed nd formula is anyone's baby poop solid? Is it OK if its diarea like ..cuz I've never seen a solid poop

Hmm I'm just wondering if I want to change the formula nd which one yo change it to

As tomorrow said breastfed baby's poo is liquid. My baby is on formula and sometimes it is liquid too and sometimes it is a bit like a toothpaste. My health visitor said it is normal....but if it becomes a bit like rabbit droppings that means baby need a bit of water inbetween the feeds.

Normal poop for a breastfed baby is usually just yellow liquid, sometimes seedy almost like cottage cheese. Babies will have more solid poop if the majority or all of what they drink is formula or if they are eating a lot of solids.
