belly button

my belly button popped out weeks ago,and today I woke up and saw its gone back in?has this happened to anyone else?I find it abit strange...could it be because baby has floated back up again,she supposed to be dropping but instead I feel shes gone back to where she is near my ribs...I really hope not!

Yeah I have days where I dont have a belly button a days where I do its cause sometimes she moves against my back or to the sides so I get my belly button back
