So what's everyone's intake on coffee nd breastfeeding cuz I love coffee nd I wanted to get one this morning but I know its not the beat when ur breastfeeding nd this would be the 2ndtime having coffee this week if I have it today..

I'm pretty sure one a day would be fine. I make sure I have mine early in the morning so its outta bubs system by the arvo so it doesn't affect night sleeping. :)

Lol awe ya they told me just not all the time but I always hear its bad to drink coffee

In the hospital they would give me coffe and when I got released they told me to drink alot of fluids to produce more milk. And that I can drink only 1 cup of coffe a day not so much. I do but it's rare cuz the wether is hot and I be sweating lol
