anyone else expieriencing this?

I am 30 +1 pregnant and have been experiencing a mucus like discharge ....mostly is white and clear but sometimes have been tinted yellow ....I have been to the dr and have no infections but also don't know how it slipped my mind but forgot to mention this to them. It has been happening on and off for a couple weeks now with no other symptoms at all...anyone else experience this

I think the yellow tint could be urine. My discharge is yellow too....
