maternity jeans

Hey everyone,just wondering how u buy your marternity jeans?do you stick to your prepregnancy size but get it in maternity or get a size up in the marternity wear?i find it very confusing,i like my skinny jeans,and don't want to buy a pair only for them not to fit later on in pregnancy.and i don't want to spend too much on marternity wear as i probably won't wear them after delivery,but i do need marternity jeans now,my others i can't zip up anymore.

Always try them on because I've found that different brands fit differently and so far I'm just buying leggings and yoga style pants for comfort, I only bought one pair of jeans

Old navy has good prices for there maternity jeans and they fit well. I bought the size I wear in my reg jeans and they fit great

That's a tough one.. Most say buy your pre pregnancy size. I'm normally a size nine in jeans and large in tops, but in maternity jeans I'm a small and maternity tops I'm either a small or extra small.. I would suggest trying it on..

In a maternity i am same size as before but i had to buy a coat the otber day and it was not maternity.... I had to get size 16 and i am normally a12!!!

I try to buy one size bigger but I never buy them at retail!! I only have two pair right now and have paid 15 dollars for both pair. I don't feel comfortable spending a lot of money on clothes that I don't plan on wearing long especially since this is our last baby!

Yer its a tough one. I'm just living in elastic waisted skirts atm but its bloody hot here so I can get away with it.

^yes that's what i were thinkin but at the moment i have no idea where i'll put on weight,although my bump is gettin bigger hence cannot button jeans up anymore

I'm in the same size jeans as pre pregnancy but in maternity. I think in depends on where you put theweight on. Eg how much swelling in legs and bum area. I've put on more around that area this pregnancy compared to my last pregnancy. Hope that helps a little. :)
