Okay so very day I wake up and there is an insane amonth of pressure on my bum and it has me crampin up and the pressure doesnt go away until I poo just wonderin if your urge to empty urselfs is anythin like mine

I've been the same way for the last couple weeks. Kinda annoying since I like to lay in bed for a little while and stretch when I wake up.

Its not that I cant go to the toilet the minute my.cheeks touch the seat thats me already done my body is in full blowen cleaning itself out lol its just theres pressure of my stomach givin me the urge to go asap when I wake up which I find weird

try eat food which contains lots of fibre maybe that will help ease the pain
