Are you still just doing formula at night? If that's the case he's still going to have the typical breastfed baby poop which is mostly liquid.

He's probably still having loose stools from the breast milk.

Give it three days then call his Dr. It happened to me too except I was switching from breast to formula.

When we switched formulas he went from going daily to going once every few days.  He was constipated for 2 days right after we switched & I was really concerned.  I asked his pediatrician & he said it was fine.

I wondered the same thing b/c my baby went thru period where she wasn't pooping as much. She was going 3/4 times daily and the it reduced to once a day. I asked her pediatrician about it and they said that as long as she didn't go 3days straight w/out having a BM, then that's normal. She said that it may be her body's way of adjusting to the formula. But if u have any concerns,,,,then it wouldn't hurt to ask the doc about it.
