pelvic pressure

I'm currently getting severe and stabbing pressure down there. I didn't get it unroll the last few weeks with my first and I don't know if I need to worry or if its normal to happen earlier this time round. It's almost crippling me. What do you ladies think?

i am also suffering with this big time! first of the day not so bad but as the day goes by i get excruciating pain through my side/hips/pelvic, and around where my c-section scar is. my dr gave me a muscle relaxer to take the edge off but only works or an hr or two and i can only take 2 a day. hope you get some kind of relief, for me everything they've tried doesn't really work and so im stuck with it til baby gets here.
