Woke up this mornin n had spotting n light cramping.. sign of labor coming soon? Im 38 weeks

Period like cramping is most likely contractions and as far as the spotting I'm really not sure to be honest

My dr told me, ANY spotting or bleeding to call him or head to Labor & Delivery.

Define spotting hun. Was it bright red or light pinkish? I woukd probably call your Dr though to be safe. Like queen said, my Dr told me to call him asap if I have any spotting or bleeding also. Those could be signs of labor starting too.

It was red not bright red but red.. n im still spotting

The mucus plug is usually sticky and brownish

My doc told me not worry about spotting cuz i am 70% thinned out and it only lasted for about half a day..idk maybe u should call ur doc just in case cuz every doc handles things differently
