My feet are super swollen. :( what can I do to reduce the swelling. .?

Try to limit your sodium intake. Getting a massage can help to get the fluid moving out too.

My dr said drink LOTS of water, keep them up when resting & walking does help.

Prop them up above heart level. Walking actually helps too by circulating your blood and all but I know how hard it is to walk on swollen feet :-\
