5wks, no symptoms?

Hi everyone
First off congrats to all of you! I have had one full term pregnancy (6 yrs ago) and in the last year had two miscarriages.
We just found out we are expecting I'm estimating 5 wks, give or take a day or so
About two weeks ago I had very little spotting and about a day of slight cramps.  I was moody, eating everything...pretty much like my period well my husband got me a test it was positive...my only worry is I have breast tenderness but off and on, I'm moody sometimes get upset stomach, but I have a sore back mainly on my right side...
Is no symptoms ok? Some ppl say be thankful but with previous ms/c I worry.....
??? Insight plz

I'm about as far along as you. And had a previous late term miscarriage. I am only like starting today to feel a bit of nausea and just a little cramping. Nothing else so far. My last full term pregnancy was also 6 years ago so trying to remember when everything started is kinda hard and asking my husband to try to remember would be worse. But as long as there is no real horrible pain, bleeding or cramping everything should be good till the 8 week check. If are worried there is no harm in calling the doc just to check everything out.
Take care & best of luck

I have had a miscarriage (first pregnancy and my last pregnancy i had complications but gave birth to a perfect lil girl) I found out last Tuesday that we were excepting the only symptoms I had was my boobs were a bit tender.. Since then I noticed I'm getting more tired... my nose is becoming stuffy ( and I'm sneezing all the time, this happens every time I'm pregnant) With my other two I was so nauseated and smells bothered me, I was extremely tired and very dizzy, So when I found out that I was expecting this time I was a little worried... After I googled  and read comments on this page and other pregnancy pages made me relax a bit. Our Hcg hormone is still low once it starts getting higher and higher the chances of us experiencing more symptoms raises. Some woman have no symptoms at all. I know from my last pregnancy that if you have symptoms and they disappear you should talk to you dr or if you start bleed / with cramps you should also get check.
