i need help!

I'm 4 months and one week pregnant (17 weeks), and my belly looks like one of a 5-6 month pregnant woman's, or someone who is pregnant with twins. This is my second pregnancy and I get that you get a belly quicker than what you do with your first, but this is pretty weird. My boyfriend even says that either I'm further than what the doctors say, OR that we're expecting twins.
I have a doctor appointment this Friday and I'm going to tell them my concerns but I just wanna find out if anybody else feels this way or am I alone with this feeling?

This is my fifth and I feel huge....I'm 19 weeks, but feel like I look 25 weeks...my husband always tells me your either pregnant with twins or that is gonna be one big baby....lol....I honestly think every pregnancy is different and every woman's body will carry different. They say with each pregnancy you can show sooner, but not necessarily. Idk....I say main thing is mommy and baby are healthy and who cares about the rest.
