I used to cramps often, and my obgyn recommended increase my liquids. Her rational...the uterus is mainly muscle and will cramp when dehydrated.

Yep me too...its alarming but its just stretching for your bub! Look at it as a good sign of your baby needing more room :)
I agree with momof2_3rdinmay.. All organs have to start moving to make room for baby.. That is why you may feel cramps.. Still tall to the doctor if it is unbearable..
I get slight cramping off and on. Mainly stretching pains as everything is shifting, stretching, growing. Mention it to your doctor.. But if it isnt more painful than menstrual cramps it is usually normal stuff and nothing to worry about. :)
