I had this problem and my midwife told me to take a liquid calcium magnesium supplement before bed.  Since I've been doing this,  the problem has gone away. It is really helpful.  You can get the liquid supplement at the vitamin shoppe.

I was told by my doctor to eat lots of cottage cheese to help with this. I have been every day for a week and haven't had a leg cramp since.

Yes.. All the time! Even in my sleep. Started last week for me and I'm 34 weeks.

Drink lots of water, elevate your legs a bit before bed, do a little walking around when you get them and try to go back to bed. Eat some bananas they really help. I wiggle my foot while falling asleep and never get cramps at almost 36 weeks.

They make me almost jump out of bed every time I get one. This morning I had one on each leg. It's so painful. Been having them a lot lately :(

I've experienced this, not often though, it usually wakes me out of my sleep and it happens sporadically, my boyfriend just levels my feet, elevating my legs and massages my lower leg

Same here but it's been like this for about a month(I'm 33 weeks) keep up with your vitamins and water intake. Nothing really helps me but I do take Tylenol to sleep because of this.
