35 weeks and feeling like I just got off a horse!

Anyone else constantly feeling like they just got of a horse? I sit on a birthing ball 15 minutes a day and do 10-15 lunges but no real exercise beyond that yet everyday my inner thighs feel like I just got off a horse. I'm thinking it may be my pelvis stretching but wanted to know of others are sharing in my pain.

First of, I feel the same thing for a while now and it's horrible to even lift a leg to get pants on anymore. I've found it helps to sleep with a pillow in between your legs. Second, I rarely meet anyone with my name and were both so close in our pregnancys! I'm 36 weeks and my name is Shilo as well! Lol

Yes, ive had this pain since around 30wjs, im nearly 33wks. Yesterday i thought i was cured but this morning it was back with avengeance. Dont know what to do, stretching/rocking side to side legs open on a chair helps. You could try an ice pack a few mins a day as i found that sitting in a bath with cool water brough some relief.
