38 weeks 5 days with 2 prior c-sections

I have been having sharp pains in my lower abdomen for over 11 hours now.  It's in the area of my old c-section scars.  Some of the pain has been pretty constant but it gets worse in waves.  Has anyone experienced this? I don't want to call the dr for nothing.  I've changed positions & walked some. I thought maybe it was gas or something but I've passed gas & have had a couple of bowel movements & it hasn't gotten any better.  Anyone have any insight?

I'm thinking it may just be the baby's position.  After about 2 hours laying in bed last night, the pain subsided enough to fall asleep.  When I got up, it felt sore more than painful.  But as I've been up & moving around today the pain is coming back.  I figure I'll call the dr if it becomes too painful to walk. I read up on uterine ruptures (that's what came to my mind too) but I don't think that's what it is. I'm scheduled for a c-section Friday.  I'm almost at the end!
