Hey! Well i was just taking a shower and started cleaning my nippel (sorry tmi) and some sort of liquid started coming out, it was clear and with some sort of white, was it colostrum/milk (idk) or is it an infection? I'm honestly freaking out..
No need to freak out... You're body is preparing for your baby to come! Don't excrete it manually though... It needs to stay for your babies first few days of life! It's like LIQUID GOLD.
Yeah thats just colostrum.. i freaked out when i first had that happen as well. Im a ftm and mine started around 20something weeks. So i was def wondering what was going on lol
