help!! water broke?!?

Silly question I'm not sure if my water just broke!! Woke up feeling pretty wet stood up and more came out! I'm a little sick so not sure if I peed myself or not embarrassing I know. I have no contractions I'm 38 weeks and didn't notice a smell or not but I drink alot of water so my urine doesn't really smell.  Is it safe to just wait and see what happens? Not easy for me to Just up and go to hospital and I don't wanna be wrong. Thanks

It did break at hospital now! All hooked up happy mothers day everyone!

My waters broke like yours and i didnt ring the hospital straight away, id only been told to ring when contractions were 5 mins apart. My contractions started about 3 hours later.

Is it safe to just try to go back to sleep to see what happens??

Call the hospital. It sounds like your water broke. If so, theyll want to see you because you are at risk for infection if baby doesnt come out in time. Theyll ask about amount, color & odor. Congrats and good luck :)
