Belly pain

I am 16 wks and for past few hours have had a tight pain around my belly button. Hurts to do anything at all. Doesnt even help if try to rub or massage it.

I'm 16 weeks 6 days, this happens to me a lot. You have to figure tour uterus is right in that general area so you have a lot of pressure there regardless, laying on my left side with a body pillow helps. Get used to these weird unexplained pains, this is only the beginning!  Lol everything is fine! Congratulations!

I find a warm bath with bath salts and then relaxing in bed on my left side with lots of water to drink helps the belly button pain go away. If I'm at work when it happens, I take a little break, drink lots of fluids and rub my belly. Helps sooth the pain during this time.

Maybe call a doctor to put your mind at rest? Wish i knew the answer and could help! Hope it settles down soon, update us when you know more?

Hi, that happens to me on and off, just lay on your left side and it should subside (advice from my doctor) it's works.

I have the same thing at night but I'm only 15weeks and 4 days . I think it's normal . A lot of my friends went through the same thing during pregnancy
