Does the symptoms relieve after you sleep at night?

If so you could be looking at water retention from overdoing it.  Elevate and demand a foot massage from hubby or significant other.

Either way it's not something to screw around with.

How far along are you?

If it's leaving an indentation that's pitting edema and can indicate pre-eclampsia, get your bp and urine checked asap.

Elevate them and make sure you are drinking enough water. Try to stay cool.
