Benadryl and unisom
Anyone taking these to help sleeping through the night
I broke down and am taking a half of codine some nights or at the break of dawn just to knock myself out w sleep....didn't know I could take that much benadryl, I really shouldn't be taking codine though, I'm gonna try upping benadryl. She's my 4th and I've never had insomnia as bad as I do w this one. 35 weeks and counting...!! :)
I take 50mg of benadryl when I have really bad insomnia. my doctor said both are totally safe even if I take them every night.
