can I be refused a c section?

It depends on your insurance and the hospital you're delivering at, if you want a csection just because.

Why do you need a csection? Why would you want a csection if it's not medically necessary? And yes, I believe they can. They don't have to treat you, especially if you don't need that particular treatment
