Classes?

hi just wondering at what stage of pregnancy are u offered antenatal classes/ birthing classes? I'm 30+5 and have not heard anything about them? And do all hospitals offer a tour? I'm from Milton Keynes if anyone knows specifically about mk hospital?

Late reply but thanks everyone just got mine through start on the 8th april :) 4 sessions 18:30 for 2 hours at local hospital

I'm also from mk.  Midwife sorted Myne.  I am 31 weeks now and start Myne on 13th April.  There is a number in front of your record book that u can call to organise if u have not heard.  But midwife would be first call.

I went to our hospital's website and found the class they offered and registered. We did ours at 28 weeks and had a tour. I would definitely register soon as they book kinda fast

I started mine this week im 31 weeks. We just googled it and called them ourselves to arrange

It depends on your hospital. Our hospital offers them but there's an extra cost and it's not covered by my insurance.

We did the class in a different hospital, all hospitals offer tours. Our hospital was all booked with classes, so I searched online all the neighboring hospitals to find our class.

We just did our class last week, there was one couple who was at 36 weeks, one at 34, we are 32 and the rest were under 30 weeks. We did the birthing class for first time parents all in one weekend. Really enjoyed it!

My midwife booked mine at my book in appointment. I start mine in two weeks so will be 31 weeks x
