Google says 200 mg of caffeine (which is one cup of coffee) and if you drink a soda it tells you the amount of mg on the side of the can/bottle. Hope that helps!

My doctor had told me that I can have at the least one medium cup of coffee per day. It's always good to not have any but a small amount won't hurt the baby. Make sure you limit yourself and don't go overboard.

It's a certain amount of milligrams of caffeine,  I can't remember exactly but you can look up online how much caffeine soda and coffee has. I need caffeine so I keep track on my phone how much each product has.

I was told that one caffeine drink was ok but to try and limit your intake if you can do without then that would be best but that's just what I was told by my doctor
