Cramping! Ugh

I am almost 23 weeks and today have been camping a lot off and on all day. Not super painful.. But very uncomfortable.. Anyone else?

I have cramping but my obgyn said ligaments are stretching especially right by your groin where your placenta sits....I notice it more when I'm on my feet which I am 8-9 hrs a day...it goes away when I'm sitting or laying dwn

Drink lots of water.. Im 24 weeks and start cramping on and off when i dont drink enough water. my doctor says is normal that when you are not hydrated your uterus starts hurting and you get contractions

I am 22 weeks and was cramping badly for 3 days don't mean to be gross but would you be constipated?
