Cramps

I am five weeks along with my first baby. I'm experiencing mild cramps with absolutely no blood or spotting. Is this normal? I'm kind of worried.

Thank y'all. I was worried. I am a first timer. And my mom had a difficult pregnancy with me so I'm just trying to be extra cautious. I am so excited.

My midwife told me they are ligament pain, your uterine lining is stretching and that causes mild cramping. Some have it worse than others. Be careful tho. Make sure you're not pushing yourself too far and rest!
