I'm 4 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period cramps in my back and sides but no bleeding just wondering if anyone else has had this and should I be worried?

I'm 5wks 3days today, I had really bad cramping from 3 1/2 to 5 wks, I figured it to be implantation cramps,I wasn't worried until I started bleeding at 4 1/2 wks. So this morning I rushed to my dr for an early ultrasound and found out, I'm having twins. So early cramping, don't worry, it's probably just ur baby still implanting

Also had period type cramping & pain. No bleeding. Had an emergency ultrasound done and they found a 4.9cm fibroid on my right ovary.  I'm 6 weeks pregnant and was only able to see a yolk sac not the baby yet.

Nope totally normal! So long as no bleeding it's most likely just your body reforming and making room for baby!

I was the same way. It's normal as long as it's not too bad and there's no bleeding.
