Due Tomorrow

So I'm due  tomorrow (May 1st) and if my son isn't here by then I will be getting induced Sunday (May 3rd). Yes it's 2 days after my due date. So what! My doctor knows what he's doing. Anyways... I'm excited to finally meet my son. Everything is all set up for him. I even have his room ready even though he won't be sleeping in there yet. My son will be a Jr. and his dad and I can't wait to hold him. It feels good to know that I'll have my own little family for the first time. I'm in love with my son already. I'm going to the doctor at 10:30 this morning to check on my baby. I was already dilated so hopefully I dilated more. So anybody else REALLY close to their due date? Anybody getting induced? Are you ready for their baby? Oh and CONGRATS to you all!

My original due date was April 27th, then the 29th, but if I'm going off the first day of my LMP then I'm due tomorrow, May 1st. At this point, these dates are meaningless to me, and my sweet son will come when he's ready. I have no plans on getting induced, but I would really (reeeeally) like to have him out by May 12th so that I can attend my own graduation on the 16th (bachelor's degree!) and start to heal for my cross-country move on the 23rd. Anyways, CONGRATULATIONS on your son! I know how excited you may feel, and hope that your birth and postpartum recovery goes well for you and baby! My brother is a part of a long lineage of generational names, so congrats again on creating a legacy. :)
