I ate 1/2 a cup of fruit and failed by 4 points:( so had to do the 3 hour! I would fast regardless just to be safe. I think if I hasn't ate it I would have passed:( but all is well and I passed my 3 hour perfectly!

I'm doing the one hour test tomorrow and I have been told to fast. I wonder why that's different. I suppose different countries maybe?

I hope I don't feel too sick :(

I'm going to struggle not having breakfast as I usually feel ill until I have something in my belly.

I didn't eat the morning of my test and I passed. I did feel a little queasy after I drunk the stuff but it went away after a couple of minutes.

For the one hour test you do not need to fast and probably should eat something beforehand so you don't feel sick after drinking the sugary stuff. My midwife suggested to eat some protein for breakfast, like eggs, just don't eat something high in carbs like pancakes before the test. My appointment is first thing tomorrow morning.

No because you need to fast anyway.  Eating will contribute to higher sugar levels
