I have not had a problem getting to near pre pregnancy weight! The problem I have is getting rid of this pouch I have right above my c section scar! N I think it may never be back to normal due to the way muscles and everything would have been cut... could b wrong though! Good luck

Eat healthy and drink lots of water. if u r breast feeding that will help ur belly to shrink a but faster. It takes a bit longer to be able to exercise Than if u were having a vaginal delivery. Just don't exercise before your doctor Says u can or it can make u have to wait even longer.

First off eat good, healthy healthy. Once your dr. Gives youvthe go ahead to workout. Start walking on treadmill on incline it will burn body fat then you van increase to light running. Then by 8-10 weeks you should be able to get back normal routines. You can do simple workouts at home

I'm 32 week a with my second son. I had a csection with the first and will with this one also. I never got back down to my prepregnancy weight. It took me about four weeks to start feeling "normal" again. Its a very painful recovery.
