I can't tell. My back is killing me and I'm trying to time my contractions but I can't seem to keep track of time very well. I've never had any painful contractions before until now though so I think I'm in labor!

True contractions dont stop. I tried walking and they were still super strong. Download the app. It helped me !

Yes you are probably in labor keep walking and make sure to empty your bladder frequently.  A full bladder can stop contractions for getting stronger.

Thats how mine were on Thursday. Been having bad lower back pain. I couldn't time anything. My doctor said I was probably in active labor all day. Our baby boy arrived 5/22. I'd say call your doctor
