Our little man made his official appearance at 12:21pm today 8lbs 13oz, 21 inches long. I've been dilated to 3cm and 75% effaced since 37weeks.. I was given misoprostol at 7:50 am and started having a little cramping. My doctor came in at 10:30am and broke my water and shortly after that I started having pretty strong (but manageable) contractions..by 11:15 I was dialated 5-6cms and at that point the contractions were bringing on tears so my nurse gave me a dose of nubain. She checked my cervix at 12:05 and i was at 9.5 cms so she called my doctor in! bby the time he got in the room I was 10cm and pushed for 3 contractions :)
Sounds like an ok labor story, thanks for sharing! Congrats on ur baby! I hope my story will be ok as well, 21days til im due
