Military Wives?!

Any other military wives out there struggling with being alone all the time? I'm 11 weeks pregnant and my husband is away for 10 weeks. He called me today to tell me they're sending him away again January till March. I have recently moved to England to be with him but now I miss my family and him and I don't even know anyone here to take to antenatal classes. This is not how I wanted my first pregnancy to go :-/ sorry for the negativity, just looking for encouragement and hoping to hear maybe some positive military family stories :-)

Been with my.hubs for nearly 9 yard married for almost 6. He missed half my first pregnancy duenti training and the 3months-16 months after birth due to deployment. Then missed 18months to 24 months for warrant school. Then we PCSed...works late...goes tdy al the time and is currently away for training...so I feel you...on an extreme level BC since I met my hubs in 2006 he's been away for over half our relationship and less than half of our sons. It could.be worse though...always could.be worse :)

I am a army wife and somehow have gotten lucky so far that my husband won't have to go away anytime soon But I understand your pain. When I found out I was pregnant my husband was away at ntc and I couldn't tell him For 3 weeks it broke my heart everyday. We also have found out our pcs date is in may which is obviously when I'm due trying to get that changed.
