Drink a water bottle or two when that happens! Same thing happened to me a couple days ago and they did a stress test and had me drink a bunch of water and I felt way better

Tell me about it. It hurts like hell. I can't roll over either. My bf massages with oil recommended by the doctor. And instantly it gets better

I had that with my second.  It happened around 20 weeks and then again at 22 weeks. I went to the hospital the 2nd time and they couldn't find anything.  It was so awful.  I was in tears and couldn't walk and had a hard time breathing.  But my son was born at 37.5 weeks and very healthy.

So sorry to hear. Are you hydrated enough? Have you tried light massaging, resting or paracetamol? Baby is ok, so you need to relax more. Put your feet up, sleep even if you have to force yourself. Good thing you went to the l&d. Hope you feel better very soon.

If it only lasted a few minutes (but yes extremely painful) then you just went through what I did a few days ago. My mom told me it was my uterus stretching/contracting. It was awful and I had to lay in one spot and not move a muscle until it was over. Oh the joys of pregnancy :)
