I take the gummies and right before bed. That happened to me the first days and it was a horrible feeling :)

I'm taking the Next Chapter Perfect Prenatal vitamin and I haven't had any problems. You're supposed to take them three times per day, but I never remember to take it at lunch so I take one in the morning and two with dinner. I'm contemplating splitting the later two to one at dinner and one before bed, though. I've taken them on an empty stomach and no problems thus far!

I take mine before bed and never have any issues.  When I was taking them in the AM on an empty stomach I was always nauseous.

I'm taking Kind Organics prenatal multi. They have ginger in them and they're better than the ones I took with my first pregnancy.
