Prenatal question
Hi ladies, I'm 13 wks today and was given prenatals yesterday. I've been taking folic acid, vit D and iron separately on my own but was given a supplement that had the 3 in one... I was wondering whether the prenatal wasn't meant to contain more vitamins and minerals? What are you guys taking at the moment?
I am taking a liquid prenatal that has folic acid, dha and iron with other vitamins. I have a bad gag reflex so I can't do the horse pills.
