Yea I've had the same pain I'm 31+5 weeks and I've also been having pain in my pelvis . I think it's just our body widening for birth
Yes, Ive had this for a week now and just couldn't figure out how to describe it. I tried sitting on a chair with my legs open and moved from side to side and that somehow stretched away the groiny pains. I get that heavy sensation in the crotch area when getting up from seated/lying position and in bed I have to hold onto/push off from hubby to roll over lol! That popping sound was scary, it was first my lower back and now even my arms pop when I push myself up from bed. We are definitely getting to the end lol! I'm 30+5. Best is to do gentle stretches. It doesn't hurt but do stop if it does and keep moving to keep things fluid.
I have had that pain for weeks now. Going on 34 weeks on Friday. I have found that a maternity belt and frozen peas at night help out a lot. My doctor said it was normal but sometimes I hate even getting up from bed it hurts so much. Hang in there we are on the final stretch!
I have the same pain. I'm 31 weeks and it feel like my vag is literally tearing. It's so uncomfortable to walk, I have a horrible waddle and laying down makes it even worse. Pillow in between the legs, massaging the groin area and nothing is helping. It's only on my left side and I had this same pain with my first pregnancy so unfortunately the only way to get rid of it is to give birth. I just hate the idea of going the rest of this pregnancy in this type of pain
So u guys think it will go away with birth of baby??? And how do you guys go to work ? How long could you all work until??
The first time mine went away after birth
I was just about to ask this. Glad im not the only one. Thought something was wrong. It just started happenin since turning 31 weeks. Idk if i should lessen my workouts too...
Do u guys get contractions as well?? I get contrActions and then hardly cud walk for few minutes .. It comes and goes very uncomfortable....
I was having preterm contractions around 21 weeks. Now I only have Braxton hicks but they are extremely intense to the point it almost takes my breath away. They don't hurt just extremely tight and uncomfortable. My little one balls up during them and refuses to move
I've recently been diagnosed with SPD, with similar, it's agonizing at times. I'm seeing a physiotherapist for specific exercises. If you have SPD there's things you need to consider for labour, such as giving birth in an upright position is meant to ok be better. Also, assisted delivery (forceps especially) should I look be avoided. The popping sound you hear is actually your pelvic bones, should go away when baby is born. I have a support belt which isn't much use and some people need crutches towards the end of their pregnancy
I haven't had popping noises but my braxton hicks arent to the point to i cant walk. But imma take it easier from now on
I found that increasing my water intake helped tremendously with the contractions!
My doctor doesn't even feel s like paying attention to wat I'm saying that I'm going through... When I say this she says its normal ... U r fine u r young and healthy... But I'm suffering....
r u in USA? I'm from NY ... Seems Lik doctor s n US doesn't care Abt t?
I had the same thing during my last pregnancy. It was miserable. Doctor didn't seem to understand. Thankfully I haven't experienced it this time around. Spd is not fun!!!!!!
yea I'm in the US, and you're right they have a tendency to not take our complications seriously. Idk if I'm being a picky second time mom or what but I'm very unhappy with my doctor especially since she's different from my first and I'm in a new location so all of the standards and rules are different. Trust me I understand your frustration
