I'm 30+4 and was carrying low until last week when all my co workers said I look higher now then I have. I am measuring a month ahead as well. Go in for an ultrasound on the 17th

Neither, just is.  Usually means the baby is settled in position for labor, but the baby can go back up, or stay like that for months.
